13.01.2025Mykolaiv City Council announces competitive selection for three independent members of the Supervisory Board of Mykolaivvodokanal

Mykolaiv City Council has launched a competitive selection process for the positions of independent members of the Supervisory Board of Mykolaivvodokanal. This step is an important part of the city’s strategy to ensure transparency and efficiency in the management of municipal enterprises aimed at rational use of resources and improvement of the quality of services for residents. Mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych emphasized the importance of introducing supervisory boards as a modern management tool that allows for achieving better results in the work of enterprises accountable to the community.

The selection of candidates for the positions of three independent members of the Supervisory Board is carried out jointly with the Ukrainian Corporate Governance Institute with the support of the EU Anti-Corruption Initiative. Oleksandr Okuniev, Chairman of the CGPA Board of Directors and a founder of the Ukrainian Corporate Governance Institute, has been appointed as the Secretary of the Selection Committee. Candidates are invited to join the team of professionals who will contribute to the improvement of corporate governance and the implementation of the best international practices in the management of municipal enterprises.

We emphasize that the deadline for submitting documents is 07.02.2025

At the first stage, it is enough to send your CV (resume, biographical statement) to the Ukrainian Corporate Governance Institute at hr@ucgi.com.ua. Afterward, the selected candidates will be asked to send a complete set of documents.
