During the general meeting, a new composition of the CGPA Board of Directors was elected. The members of the Board of Directors in 2024 are:

Oleksiy Dolhikh – Managing Partner of Boyden Global Executive Search

Volodymyr Igonin – Partner, Head of Corporate/M&A Practice at Vasil Kisil & Partners

Oleksandr Lysenko – independent corporate governance consultant

Yevgeniy Petryk – Director of EMCON Company

Oleksiy Povolotskiy – Head of the Office for the Restoration and Development of Energy Infrastructure at DTEK
