CGPA cooperates with international organizations, such as International Finance Corporation (IFC), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP); foreign embassies in Ukraine: British Embassy, US Embassy. CGPA has individual partners in many foreign regions and countries, such as the USA, Kazakhstan, Central Asia, and Moldova. In 2023, CGPA joined ecoDa.
Since 2013 CGPA has been the only partner of the IFC in the process of promoting and establishing good corporate governance in Ukraine. In 2020 CGPA became the IFC’s local partner in implementing the Integrated Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Standards Program in Europe and Central Asia.
Since September 2020, CGPA has been a Local Partner of IFC in the realization of IFC ECA ESG Program – ESG related activities in Ukraine.
In Spring 2021, CGPA, in partnership with IFC, at the EBRD’s request, held a series of online workshops on “Corporate Governance for SMEs” for consultants and all interested parties. The event was supported by the U.S. Small Business Fund of the EBRD (Italy, Japan, Korea, Luxembourg, Norway, Switzerland, Sweden, and the Joint Technical Cooperation Fund of TaiwanBusiness and the EBRD) and IFC, together with the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs SECO.
In 2022, CGPA, with the support of the EBRD, implemented Ukraine: Corporate Governance for SMEs and SMEs+ – WIB “Corporate Director” Training Program for Ukraine. The project was aimed at professional and advanced corporate governance training for women leaders of Ukrainian small and medium-sized businesses. SME+: small and medium-sized enterprises with expanded criteria – from 10 to 500 employees and an annual turnover of up to EUR 50 million. The program was implemented by CGPA with the support of the EBRD and funding from the Government of Sweden under the EBRD Small Business Support Fund (other donors: Italy, Korea, Luxembourg, Norway, Switzerland, Japan, TaiwanBusiness – EBRD Technical Cooperation Fund, and the United States).
In 2023-2024, four anti-corruption compliance programs were conducted with EBRD funding for representatives of the Ministry of Infrastructure and its subordinate enterprises (100 participants successfully completed the course, passed the assessment and received certificates).
In June 2024, a pilot program “Corporate Governance and Anti-Corruption Compliance at Municipal Enterprises” was developed and implemented with EBRD funding.
ecoDa
In March 2023, CGPA joined ecoDa. CGPA is the first directors’ institution to join ecoDa as a candidate member. As a candidate member, CGPA is able to benefit from the professional representation and network of European directors who are members of ecoDa. Since then, the CGPA has been constantly receiving information and news on the latest corporate governance and boardroom developments in European countries. The European Confederation of Directors’ Associations (ecoDa) is a non-profit association founded in December 2004 under Belgian law. Through its 20 National Institutes of Directors (the main national institutes that exist in Europe), ecoDa represents approximately 55,000 board members from across the EU. ecoDa member organizations represent board members from the largest public companies to the smallest private firms, both listed and unlisted.

Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) was a partner in conducting the Conference on Anti-corruption compliance in the field of business, which was held in Kyiv on 11 November 2016.
With the support of the US Embassy in Ukraine in 2022-23, CGPA experts translated into Ukrainian and published “A RESOURCE GUIDE TO THE U.S. FOREIGN CORRUPT PRACTICES ACT. SECOND EDITION”.
