
At a regular meeting of the Board of the National Registry of Corporate Directors (hereinafter referred to as the Registry), it was decided to include Olena Malynska, member of the Supervisory Board of JSC Ukrposhta, member of the Nomination Committee and Deputy Chairman of the Audit Committee, in the Registry.
Olena Malynska is a skilled executive and board member with over 20 years of experience. She holds several board positions, including at Ukrposhta, one of the largest Ukrainian public companies. Olena is actively involved in the operation and development of non-profit organisations focused on women’s empowerment and education, which reflects her interests.
Olena Malynska was the CEO of the international organisation Women Political Leaders and is currently the co-founder and co-president of Women on Boards Ukraine, a non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering women in leadership positions and increasing the presence of women on the boards of Ukrainian and international companies. Since 2022, Olena has been an independent member of the Supervisory Board of the Global Fund for Widows (USA). This non-profit organisation empowers women by helping them establish microfinance organisations to ensure financial independence. Since 2020, she has been the Vice Chair of the Board of Governors, a Finance and Risk Committees member, and the Nominating Committee of Pechersk International School. During 2014-2020, Olena was Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Independent Association of Banks of Ukraine.
Olena has extensive experience as a CEO with expertise in crisis management, business transformation and corporate governance. Currently, Olena is a Senior Advisor to Etex Group, a global manufacturer of building materials. Olena has extensive experience in the banking sector: from 2014 to 2020, she was the Chairman of the Board of Credit Dnipro Bank, previously headed Energobank, and was the CFO of Alfa-Bank and ProCredit Bank.
