Dmitry Dragun, Partner on Corporate Services of Baker Tilly Ukraine, is included in the National Registry of Corporate Directors.

D. Dragun has extensive experience on the boards of directors and supervisory boards of Ukrainian, foreign and international companies. His involvement in the practical aspects of corporate governance began in January 2005, when he was appointed CFO and a member of the Board of the public company Ukrproduct Group, the first Ukrainian company listed on the London Stock Exchange.

In 2008, the first post of independent director in Ukraine was a position on the supervisory board of the Decor-Service Company, a large operator of decorative items. In June 2016, he was invited to the position of an independent member of the Supervisory Board of the Group of Companies A-100 (Belarus) and then received an invitation and appointment to the position of an independent member of the Supervisory Board of Versobank (Estonia). In the work in the supervisory boards during 2016-2018, he focused on internal control systems, the creation of an internal audit service and crisis management.
