Oleksandr Okuniev

Chairman of the Management Board of the Ukrainian Corporate Governance Professional Association
He is a known expert in the field of corporate governance and corporate law in Ukraine.
Oleksandr has many years of experience consulting projects as a part of the consultant team of the International Finance Corporation in Ukraine (1996-2001), International Institute of Business (2001-2012) and the Ukrainian Corporate Governance Institute (since 2012).
He is a member of the Expert Council on Corporate Governance of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine.
Alexander is a co-author of the first Ukrainian manual on corporate governance (1999) and the Handbook of International Corporate Governance (edited by the British Institute of Directors, London, 2005 ); author of the handbook "Corporate governance in the private and family companies " (2012) and over 60 publications on corporate law and governance.

Timur Khromaev

Chairman of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC)

His competence also covers convocation and conduction of regulator’s meetings, regulation of activities of Regional Offices of NSSMC, hiring and staffing issues in accordance with current legislation, and representation of the regulator. Moreover, as a Chairman, he is responsible for strategic plans on stock market development, coordination and designing of legislative and regulatory activities of NSSMC, implementation of IFRS, coordination of scientific, research and educational programs on the stock market, improvement of public financial literacy, etc.
Mr. Khromaev started his career in the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine in 1997. He began as a leading specialist in External Debt Management Unit of External Debt Division and became the Head of Capital Markets Division in External Debt Department. In 2001, he obtained a position of Deputy Chairman of the Board in CJSC “Commercial Bank NRB-Ukraine”, and worked on the same position for CJSC “TAS-Investbank” in 2002. Timur Khromaev established investment company “ARTA”, which is among the leading investment companies in Ukraine in February 2013.
Since 2013, he obtained a position of Executive Director in GASE Energy, Inc.
Timur Khromaev received his first economic education in Union College, New York, USA (1997).
Then he continued his education at Kyiv National University by the name of Taras Shevchenko, Institute of International Relations on the faculty of international law (2008-2010) and gained a master degree.

Dmytro Parfenenko 

Acting Head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine

Dmytro Born in Kyiv, Ukraine, May 22, 1964. In 1986 graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, mechanic. In 2004 continued his education at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, lawyer. PhD in Physico-Mathematical Sciences, Honored Economist of Ukraine. Awarded the medal "For Labour and Victory". 1995 - 2000 Assistant to Deputy Head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, Assistant to Head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, Director of Department of the State Property Fund of Ukraine. 2000 - 2010 Deputy Head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine. 2011 - 2012 Head of the Main Department of Municipal Property in Kyiv, Executive Body of Kyiv City Council (Kyiv City State Administration). 2012 - 2014 Director of the Department of Municipal Property in Kyiv, Executive Body of Kyiv City Council (Kyiv City State Administration). Starting June 6, 2014, First Deputy Head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine. June 20, 2014, to May 25, 2015, Acting Head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine.

Oleksiy Povolotskyi

Head of the Department of the Corporate Governance / Corporate Secretary of the DTEK Group. Member of the Corporate Governance Professional Association and the Bar Association of Ukraine.
In 1996 he graduated from the Kharkiv University of the Inner Affairs, a Solicitor. In 2000 he received a Master's degree from the Lord Scarman Center, University of Leicester, UK. He has more than 20 years of professional experience. He worked in multinational law firm Squire, Sanders and Dempsey L.L.P., Kyiv, Ukraine as a lawyer. In the National University of Internal Affairs, he was a teacher and the head of the department of international relations.

Alison Dillon Kibirige

Mrs. Alison Dillon Kibirige is a global expert on corporate governance (Governance, Ethics, CSR and Risk Management). She is the Founding Director of AMDK Consultancy & Training Services Limited (AMDK), a business she set up in early 2007, which focuses on improving corporate governance practices in all sectors (private, public and not-for-profit) globally. Her work at AMDK has taken her throughout Europe, Africa, the Caribbean, the Middle East and Asia.
Alison has served as a member of Boards, Committees and industry working groups since the early 1980s. She is a member of the UKRIAT Committee, Qualifications Committee and of ICSA’s International Professional Standards Committee, company secretary of aBi Trust and aBi Finance Limited and a Director of the Leadership Team Uganda Ltd. Alison is the former Chair of ICSA Uganda.
Alison has worked for the IFC/Global Corporate Governance Forum on projects in Indonesia, Mongolia, Zambia, Nigeria, Rwanda and Malawi. She has developed a series of workshops for IFC for corporate secretaries in developing and emerging markets, Directors of Banks in Nigeria and for SME Governance. Alison has also worked for the African Peer Review (APRM) in Uganda and at the APRM Secretariat in South Africa reviewing the Corporate Governance portion of the APRM Country Self-Assessment Questionnaire.
Alison has worked globally for over 25 years as a company secretary, previously as Secretary to the main Boards of Unilever and Barclays in London. She has also set up and worked as a Director in several SMEs Alison has also been involved in numerous consultations with governments, regulators and industry and professional bodies in Africa, Europe and the US.
She is a Fellow of ICSA and a UK solicitor. Alison was awarded the 2013 ICSA President’s Medal for Meritorious Service, the inaugural ICSA Company Secretary of the Year award in 2005 and has also won awards globally for her work with shareholders.
