ABOUT FORUM

The Corporate Directors Forum is a meeting place for the international experience and the Ukrainian practice in the field of corporate governance, an exchange of views between leading experts and government officials, a discussion of innovations in legislation and the consideration of best cases on creating an effective corporate governance system.

FORUM GOAL

Familiarization of a wide range of specialists working in the field of corporate governance in Ukraine with the best practices of the independent directors’ work in Ukrainian companies and relevant aspects of international advanced corporate governance practices.

HISTORY OF THE FORUM

The first Corporate Directors Forum was held in 2016 and gathered more than 150 participants. The forum was dedicated to attracting Independent Directors, including to the supervisory boards of state-owned companies. Read more
