The Ukrainian Corporate Governance Institute, CGPA and the EBRD are sincerely grateful to the owners of the companies participating in the “Board Test Drive for SMEs” Project for their trust in our initiative and their readiness to be among the first in Ukraine to try this new format of cooperation.

Project is implemented by the Ukrainian Corporate Governance Institute in cooperation with the Corporate Governance Professional Association. The initiative is supported by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development*, the EU and Switzerland, and is aimed at improving the quality of corporate governance, investment attractiveness and strategic capacity of Ukrainian small and medium-sized enterprises.

The high professional level of the candidates made the selection process a truly challenging one. We congratulate the selected members of the Advisory Boards and wish them productive collaboration, exciting challenges and a successful ‘Test Drive’!

🚀 The project is ongoing, and as early as this autumn we will begin selecting members for the advisory boards of a further five Ukrainian small and medium-sized enterprises. The list of these companies will be published shortly.
