On 09.07.2020, the first full-format meeting of the Euromet Group Advisory Board took place. The process of creating the Board took place with the consulting support of CGPA specialists. The Board included both founders – Yaroslav Strelets and Alexander Zikratov, as well as independent directors. The meeting was entirely devoted to the development of the group strategy.

Both co-founders showed a high level of discussion and the great usefulness of the developments. All independent directors also expressed their satisfaction with the work results and the atmosphere prevailing at the meeting.

Oleksandr Okuniev, Chairman of the Management Board of the CGPA, observed the discussions and said: “I believe that we have succeeded in everything at this stage. Of course, I noticed something during the discussions; I will prepare and argue my proposals to the founders. Separately, I would like to note our first experience of holding meetings of the Boards at the CGPA office; we will continue to offer the Boards to hold meetings with us. And this is not a small rent of the hall; in our opinion, this place should become “purposeful” for the boards and create a unique atmosphere. Besides, if necessary, we can promptly help the members of the boards with blitz advice on corporate law and governance issues. Our first experience has shown that it works! “
