A regular meeting of the Board of the National Registry of Corporate Directors was held on June 30, 2020. The candidatures of two directors for inclusion in the National Registry of Corporate Directors were unanimously supported.

Larysa Latypova, Executive Director of the Aspen-Ukraine Alumni Association and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Association of Community Foundations of Ukraine, was included in the National Registry of Corporate Directors. Larisa has extensive experience in banking, more than 25 years of financial project management in banking and non-banking institutions, risk management in operational business. L. Latipova is also a member of the Advisory Board of “Education Market Group,” an international project in education. Partner of the cultural project Author’s Kitchen Ukrainian.

Timur Bairov, Chairman of Bitfury in Kazakhstan, co-founder, and member of the Board of Trustees of Bridge Group. T.Bairov heads or co-founders several IT enterprises in Kazakhstan, Ukraine, and Austria, is a member of the Board of Trustees of Astana Hub, a member of the Kazakhstan Independent Directors Association, teaches MBA courses and conducts trainings on corporate governance and strategic management in Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia. Timur has more than 15 years of experience in technology companies, public holdings, startup creation, focusing on the aggressive strategic development of the company, building B2B and B2C sales, and implementing cooperation programs with startups in corporations, has experience in creating the own startups. He is an independent professional director.
