The Corporate Governance Professional Association (CGPA) continues to implement the “Board Test Drive” project in partnership with Boyden. This format allows business owners to test the effectiveness of an advisory board within their company without long-term commitments.
The Project was created so that businesses can evaluate the value of a board as a strategic management tool in practice without immediately taking on the full scope of obligations associated with its implementation.
A supervisory board is not about control, but about the quality of management decisions, strategic dialogue, and the involvement of external expertise. The “test drive” format allows business owners to experience these benefits in their own context and make an informed decision regarding the further development of their management system.
