29.06.2026The Advisory Board of Magiya Tekstyliu Has Started Its Work

The first inaugural meeting of the Advisory Board of Magiya Tekstyliu was held within the framework of the “Test Drive of Advisory Boards for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises” project, implemented by the Ukrainian Corporate Governance Institute in cooperation with the Corporate Governance Professional Association. The initiative is supported by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development*, the EU and Switzerland, and is aimed at improving the quality of corporate governance, investment attractiveness and strategic capacity of Ukrainian small and medium-sized enterprises.

Magiya Tekstyliu is a Ukrainian company operating in the textile products sector and developing areas such as B2B partnerships, corporate orders, cooperation with the hotel segment and other business clients. The company has its own expertise in the textile field, understands the needs of its clients well and seeks to develop its business systematically even in the difficult conditions of wartime.

During the inaugural meeting, the participants got to know each other better, presented their professional experience and expertise, and discussed the specifics of the company’s business, its key areas of activity, current challenges and opportunities for further development. Special attention was paid to the company’s strategic goals, management context, growth prospects, partnership development and strengthening its competitive position in the Ukrainian and international markets.

The Advisory Board includes the company’s owners, Vitalii Kichenko and Nataliia Kichenko, who is also the company’s CEO, as well as independent board members Yuliia Zayarna, Olena Nebeska and Oleg Zubchenok.

The first meeting demonstrated the strong entrepreneurial energy of the owners, their deep understanding of the product, openness to an external professional perspective and commitment to systematic business development. For Magiya Tekstyliu, the work of the Advisory Board will provide an opportunity to look at the business more broadly, strengthen management decisions, identify new opportunities for growth, develop partnerships and enhance business resilience.

Ahead are several months of intensive interaction, during which the members of the Advisory Board will work together with the owners and the company’s team on current business needs, issues of strategy, scaling, corporate governance, development of the B2B segment, hotel segment, corporate orders, partnerships, sales and strengthening the company’s competitive advantages.

The “Test Drive of Advisory Boards for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises” project enables business owners to test the advisory board format, receive external expertise and practical recommendations, while candidates for board membership have the opportunity to apply their knowledge in practice and gain new experience.

We congratulate the participants on the start of the Advisory Board’s work and wish them productive cooperation, new ideas and strong results!
