In 2010, the CGPA prepared the Corporate Secretary Professional Standard (hereinafter referred to as the CS Standard), the task of which was to develop a shared understanding of the role and functions of the corporate secretary in Ukraine, his place in the joint stock company. This document was used by all Ukrainian companies when introducing the position of corporate secretary in the company.

On the threshold of adopting the Law on Joint Stock Companies (No. 2493), the CGPA Management Board approved the Draft of the updated Corporate Secretary Standard. We invite all interested parties to review the text of the Draft and send constructive suggestions and comments by September 01, 2022, to irina.bilyachenko@cgpa.com.ua .
