By a decision of the CGPA Board of Directors dated 30 June 2026, the composition of the CGPA Law Committee was approved.

The Committee will work on analysing legislation and draft regulatory acts in the field of corporate governance, preparing proposals for their improvement, developing recommendations and guidance materials, participating in the formulation of professional standards, and liaising with state bodies on legal matters.

At the same time, the formation of two further CGPA committees is underway — the Membership Committee and the Ethics and Integrity Committee. Their chairs are currently conducting interviews with candidates.
