Nina Dombrowska
Co-founder and Co-President of Women on Boards Ukraine; Member of Supervisory and Advisory Boards
Nina Dombrowska is an independent corporate director with more than 20 years of executive experience at leading international companies, including Henkel, Unilever and Nestlé. Until 2021, she served as President and Chair of the Board of Directors of Henkel Ukraine and was a member of the Board of Directors of the European Business Association. She has repeatedly been recognised among Ukraine’s Top 100 Most Successful Women and the country’s most effective senior executives.
Today, Nina combines her work as an independent director – with experience serving on the supervisory and advisory boards of private companies and non-profit organisations in Ukraine and internationally – with entrepreneurial activities. She is a co-founder of Beehive Cosmetics, a luxury-quality cosmetics brand based on the unique properties of honey, and a co-owner of the EdTech platform Ekidz.eu, which promotes modern digital learning formats in schools across Ukraine and worldwide.
In 2023, Nina co-founded Women on Boards Ukraine and became its Co-President. The organisation promotes women’s leadership in senior governing bodies and supports the professional development of women directors. She also teaches inclusive leadership as part of the educational programs delivered by CGPA and the Kyiv School of Public Administration named after Serhiy Nyzhnyy.
