CGPA presented the release of the second edition of the manual for the CGPA training program for the authorized persons responsible for the implementation of the anti-corruption program – ANTI-CORRUPTION COMPLIANCE.
The manual offers an in-depth and professional overview of the regulations, current legislation and local regulations covering anti-corruption compliance in Ukraine. It is a useful resource for anyone interested in anti-corruption compliance and who wants to improve their skills in this area. It will help to understand the concepts of compliance, anti-corruption compliance, competitive advantages of a business with an implemented compliance policy, as well as the main components of a legal entity’s anti-corruption program. In general, the manual provides an overview of international legal regulation of anti-corruption compliance issues and experience in their application, which will help anti-corruption compliance specialists make informed decisions and effectively implement anti-corruption policy in their companies.
