On April 11, 2023, the Corporate Governance Professional Association (CGPA) and the National Depository of Ukraine (NDU) signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.

The main purpose of the Memorandum is to promote the development and improvement of corporate governance and anti-corruption compliance in Ukraine.

The interaction between the National Depository of Ukraine and the CGPA will further facilitate the implementation of generally accepted international standards of corporate governance and corporate information disclosure, as well as anti-corruption compliance.

Currently, a roundtable discussion on the digitalization of corporate governance, which is particularly relevant for Ukrainian companies, is already planned as part of the Memorandum.

There are many plans and ideas in the field of corporate governance and a great desire to implement them. We are working to help companies in Ukraine work more efficiently!
