On March 15, the Law “On the organization of labor relations under martial law” (Law #2136) was adopted. This law defines the peculiarities of labor relations of employees of all enterprises, institutions, organizations regardless of ownership, type of activity and sectoral affiliation, as well as persons working under a labor contract with individuals during martial law.
