The aim of the Programme is to encourage and assist companies in adopting best corporate governance practices, thereby enhancing their ability to attract sustainable investment.
The event brought together more than 80 participants, including members of supervisory boards, corporate secretaries, top managers, shareholders and corporate governance experts.
The presentation aroused great interest and received positive feedback from the participants. Yulia Kholodkova welcomed the participants and emphasized the importance and timeliness of such a serious publication for Ukraine’s corporate sector. The International Finance Corporation is a long-term partner of the CGPA and is always happy to support the initiatives of the Association’s team headed by Oleksandr Okuniev, Chairman of the CGPA Board of Directors.
Particular attention was paid to the 360-degree methodology, which allows a wider range of stakeholders to be involved in the assessment process and practical recommendations for implementing the assessment results in the company’s activities.
The publication “Supervisory Board Self-Assessment: A Practical Guide” was developed to provide companies with a clear methodology and tools for conducting an objective assessment of supervisory boards’ activities. This will help increase the transparency and efficiency of corporate governance.
