During the general meeting, a new Board of Directors of the Association was elected. The members of the Board of Directors in 2023 are:

Oleksandr Okuniev – Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Corporate Governance Professional Association (CGPA)

Oleksiy Dolgikh – Managing Partner of Boyden Global Executive Search

Volodymyr Igonin – Partner, Head of Corporate/M&A Practice at Vasil Kisil & Partners

Natalia Lysa – Director of Legal and Compliance at Nestlé Ukraine and Moldova

Oleksandr Lysenko – independent corporate governance consultant

Yevhen Petryk – Director of EMCON Company

Oleksii Povolotskyi – Director for Corporate Governance and Compliance at DTEK

Igor Savkin – Corporate Secretary and member of the Board of Directors of Multiplex-Holding PrJSC and Nedvizhimost Capital PrJSC

Oksana Strashna – Advisor/Member of the Board of Directors of a technology company providing solutions in the field of real estate management (SAAS, BtoB)

Immediately after the end of the General Meeting, the first meeting of the renewed Board of Directors was held, where the Board members once again elected Oleksandr Okuniev, who has been the Chairman of the Corporate Governance Professional Association for 14 years, as the Chairman of the Board.
