On 14 July 2023, the latest graduates of the Corporate Secretary Program successfully passed the qualifying exams and received their certificates. The 25 participants of the program included representatives of state-owned and private enterprises, insurance companies, banks, joint stock companies and limited liability companies. Most participants were corporate secretaries, corporate governance specialists and in-house lawyers.

The Ukrainian Corporate Governance Institute organised the program in cooperation with the Corporate Governance Professional Association and the State Property Fund of Ukraine.

The lecturers and guest speakers of the program shared their best practices and experience, namely: Oleksandr Okuniev, Chairman of the CGPA Board of Directors, Yevhen Petryk, Director of EMCON Consulting Company, member of the CGPA Board of Directors, Iryna Pavlova, First Vice President of the Guild of Professional Internal Auditors of Ukraine, Mykhailo Koltsov, Training and Development Manager at YouControl, Volodymyr Igonin, Partner at Vasil Kisil & Partners, member of the CGPA Board of Directors, Viktor Zhupanenko, Director of the Department for Supervision of Corporate Governance and Corporate Finance at the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, Olena Stupak, Executive Director of EMCON LLC, member of the CGPA.

Registration for the next autumn Corporate Secretary Program is now open. The dates will be 16-20 October 2023.
