The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has amended the Procedure for Evaluating the Performance of Supervisory Boards of State-Owned Unitary Enterprises and Commercial Companies in Which the State Holds More Than 50 per cent of the Shares (Stakes) in the Authorised Capital, effectively restoring the practice of conducting a full-scale evaluation of the performance of supervisory boards.

Experts from the Ukrainian Corporate Governance Institute (UCGI) and CGPA have significant practical experience in conducting both external and internal assessments of the performance of supervisory boards in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation and international corporate governance standards.
