What to do if your home, property or business was damaged or destroyed as a result of military actions in Ukraine?
According to the Kyiv School of Economics calculations, 45 factories and enterprises, 15 airports, seven shopping and entertainment centres, several power plants, and other infrastructure facilities were damaged, destroyed, or seized during the first weeks of the Russian invasion.
Although it is impossible to guess who will be the next victim of Russian aggression in Ukraine, investors should be aware of specific practical algorithms that can help them protect their rights and interests if such a situation happens to their property.
