On February 19, 2019, a regular meeting of the Board of the National Registry of Corporate Directors was held. It was decided to include Taras Kirichenko, a member of the Supervisory Board of Oschadbank, a representative of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, into the Registry.
Taras Kirichenko has 25 years of managerial experience, of which the last 16 years on senior positions in international banks with complex structures: Member of the Management Board at VTB BANK of UKRAINE, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board at UKRSIBBANK, Chairman of the Management Board of PRAVEXBANK.
Kirichenko is an active public figure and socially responsible banker. Over the past 4 years, he served as Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Independent Association of Banks of Ukraine (NABU), Chairman of the Forum of Leading International Financial Institutions (FLFI) and has been Co-Chair of the Standing Committee on Banking and Finance of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine for more than 6 years. Non-banking financial institutions are the driving force behind economic changes at the state level and, in particular, in the banking sector.
The aim of the future activities as a member of the Bank’s Supervisory Boards is to improve the efficiency of banking institutions, the strategic development and development of the organization, as well as increase the level of responsibility of a banking institution to customers and key national stakeholders.
