The Corporate Governance Professional Association is pleased to announce the inclusion of two new members — Dilyara Kadermeyeva and Galyna Zagorodniuk — in the National Registry of Corporate Directors.

Dilyara Kadermeyeva is a professional with over 16 years of experience in internal and external audit, corporate governance, compliance, and fraud management. She has held senior positions in large Ukrainian companies in various industries: agriculture, engineering, FMCG, and SCM financial and industrial group (metallurgy, energy, logistics, financial sector, etc.). Since 2021, she has held the position of Chief Audit Executive at KERNEL.
Her professional portfolio includes setting up an internal audit function from scratch, organizing the work of Audit Committees, launching an anti-fraud program, a hotline, and an incident management system, transforming corporate governance and risk management, implementing operational efficiency programs, and many other business projects. Dilyara is also a graduate of the UCGA Board Direction and Governance in SMEs programs, a member of the KMBS School of Strategic Architects, and holds ACCA and CIA certificates.
Galyna Zagorodniuk is a legal expert with over 20 years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), competition law, and compliance. She held partner positions at international law firms DLA Piper and Kinstellar and is now a founding partner of Imagine Lawyers. She has served on the Board of Directors of Kinstellar, overseeing offices in 11 countries.
Galyna lectures on corporate law at the Kyiv School of Economics and the Ukrainian Catholic University. She is involved in professional and public initiatives, including Women on Boards Ukraine, the Corporate Governance Professional Association, and the Public Council of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine. She has been repeatedly recognized by top international legal rankings, including Chambers Europe, The Best Lawyers, and Legal 500.
