Lamara von Albertini, a lawyer and expert in corporate governance and compliance with over 25 years of experience in the international financial industry, has been added to the National Registry of Corporate Directors.
Lamar von Albertini has extensive experience in management and consulting across financial regulation, corporate governance, risk management, and compliance. She is the founder and managing director of the consulting firm von Albertini Compliance Services GmbH in Zurich, which provides strategic and regulatory consulting to financial institutions and companies.
Throughout her career, she has held senior positions at international financial institutions, including serving as Director of Legal Affairs at UBS AG, Asset Management; Vice President of Legal Affairs at Julius Baer; and Head of Legal and Compliance at a private bank. She also has experience as an independent board member and vice chair of the board at a European bank.
Her expertise covers corporate strategic development, crisis management, banking and fintech, compliance and risk management, and issues related to artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. Her international experience in the financial sector and deep expertise in regulation and corporate governance can be valuable to Ukrainian companies as they implement modern management standards and improve the effectiveness of their compliance and risk management systems.
