War and its short- and long-term impacts on businesses stipulate assessing opportunities and threats and reviewing the current company’s strategy. All of this requires high-priority attention from the Boards and Owners.

On July 5th, we hosted a “closed-door” presentation  “The Advisory & Supervisory Boards in wartime. Opportunities and threats”, which was attended by members of the National Registry of Corporate Directors and members of the Association.

Our colleagues, Sergiy Bulavin and Dmytro Kozlov presented their logical chain methodology and results of war-related factors analysis, opportunities and threats in different periods (now, before, and after our Victory)

That helps companies to find new opportunities to restore and strengthen businesses that had suffered due to the beginning of the Russian invasion into Ukraine.

The participants of the discussion noted that the methodology and results, presented by their colleagues, are insightful, have practical benefits, and will be helpful for most companies operating in Ukraine. Also, the participants shared their ideas for further promotion and implementation.
