The Legal Committee reviewed the draft decisions of the NSSMC relating to the Regulations on Holding In-Person, Remote, and Electronic General Meetings of Shareholders and the Regulations on Information Disclosure by Securities Issuers and submitted constructive suggestions and comments from CGPA members to the regulator.
