Anna Vronska. Judge of the Central Administrative Court of the Supreme Court, Secretary of the Court Chamber on Corporate Disputes, Corporate Rights and Securities

in 2015-2016 Anna Vronska occupied the position of Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine on European Integration and Acting Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources. Prior to joining the government, she had over 15 years of experience in legal practice and was a managing partner for a law firm. She was one of the 100 recommended lawyers in Ukraine according to the Guide for Foreign Clients "Ukrainian Law Firms", among the 100 best lawyers of Ukraine (as a result of the study "Lawyers of Ukraine 2010/2011. Iaroslav Gregirchak. Deputy Business Ombudsman. He is a seasoned lawyer with more than 15 years of practical experience in cross-border corporate finance, secured transactions as well as in international arbitration and administrative law.

At the Business Ombudsman Council Iaroslav leads the team of 6 investigators. He authored BOC’s systemic reports on 5 topics devoted to the following challenges with the quality of business environment in Ukraine: administering taxes, abuse of powers by law enforcement authorities, competition law and policy, getting access to electricity and fighting raidership.

In 2004-2010 Iaroslav occupied leading positions with international law firms Chadbourne & Parke and Gide Loyrette Nouel.  Besides, he possesses significant commercial law reform experience gained with the World Bank and USAID as the expert in such fields as secured transactions (in Ukraine and in Azerbaijan) as well as public finance with emphasis on sub-national borrowings and debt. In particular, in course of 2002-03 Iaroslav was part of the team of experts hired by the World Bank which drafted the text of the Law of Ukraine “On Securing Creditor’s Claims and Registration of Encumbrances”. 

In 1996 Iaroslav graduated from the Faculty of Law of Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University. In 2002, he received Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. In 2016 he became Fellow at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (London, UK).

Oleksiy Tarasenko, Member of the Board of PJSC «National Depository of Ukraine». PhD in Economics. He graduated from Kharkiv National University of Economics (MSc) and National Technical University of Ukraine «Kyiv Polytechnic Institute». He worked at various positions in the State Commission on Securities and Stock Market, and since 2011, he was a Member of the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market. He was a member of the Supervisory Board of PJSC "National Depository of Ukraine" and was a Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PFTS Stock Exchange. He headed the disciplinary committee of the Ukrainian Association of Investment Business and was a member of the Board of the PARD. The sphere of interests includes depository activities, corporate governance, investment and pension funds.

Oleg Zhuravlov. Advisor to the Chairman of the CGPA Management Board, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PJSC "Krona Insurance Company". He has 15 years of experience in corporate governance, both in state-owned companies (Kyivenergo) and in large private industrial and financial holdings - DCH group (formerly Ukrsibbank) and Donetsksteel. He has experience not only in organizing the work of the Supervisory Boards, but also was a a member of the Supervisory Boards both of industrial companies and financial institutions. In addition, he was a Corporate Secretary at PJSC "Kreditprombank" for 3 years. Currently active in consulting as an independent expert on the corporate governance issues. He is a member of the CGPA since 2010. In 2013, she became the winner of the "Corporate Secretary of the Year" contest. In 2015-2017, he was twice elected a member of the Board of the CGPA.

Boris Janjalia (Georgia), Senior Specialist in Corporate Governance, IFC Environment, Social and Governance. He has been working with IFC since 2007, advising banks and companies in Europe and Central Asia, and Africa on corporate governance, and assisting them in promoting, regulating and implementing their corporate governance practices. Before joining IFC, Boris worked as a Head of the Legal Department at Financial Monitoring Service of the National Bank of Georgia.

Boris has LL.M in International Commercial Law from University of Aberdeen and LL.B from Tbilisi State University. He also holds an International Certificate in Risk Management from the Institute of Risk Management and completed an executive education course on Governance of Family Enterprises at Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University

Alexey Volynets is a Corporate Governance Officer in the Environment, Social and Governance Department of IFC (International Finance Corporation), part of the World Bank Group. He works at the IFC Corporate Governance Program’s global headquarters in Washington, D.C., and specializes in design and delivery of capacity-building products and programs. Specifically, he oversees the thematic programs Managing Corporate Governance Disputes, Governance of Small and Medium Enterprises, and Corporate Governance Media Program (training journalists to properly understand and cover corporate governance issues). In this capacity, he coordinates development of training programs, materials, and publications and works closely with IFC regional corporate governance programs to guide their local rollout and adaptation.

Alexey has a degree in electromechanical engineering from Saint-Petersburg Mining University (Russia) and a degree in media management from the University of Missouri-Columbia (United States). He also received training and coaching as an adult trainer from the Center for Effective Dispute Resolution in London, United Kingdom.

Nataliya Honcharuk. Corporate secretary of the Public Joint Stock Company "National Depository of Ukraine". Specialist in Corporate Governance, Securities, Depositary Activities. Graduated from Kyiv National University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" in "Law". Experience - 10 years. Actively participates in the development of corporate governance in Ukraine, deals with the development of the legislative framework and the implementation of corporate governance projects.

Tetyana Hromova. Corporate secretary of JSC "PrivatBank" Bank. She has over 10 years of experience in corporate law and legal support for cross-border projects. Since 2008 she has worked at Kyiv's leading international law firms, where she specialized in providing services in various areas of Ukrainian and international law, business structuring, investment protection, international tax planning, asset restructuring, and business process optimization, where she represented the interests of major international corporations, investors from CIS countries and far abroad.  Mrs. Gromova also advised national companies and international corporations working in Ukraine on M&A, acquisition of development and other business projects, as well as trade and project financing in such areas as energy, oil and gas, retail, banking, pharmaceutical , agricultural and insurance sectors.  He has gained considerable experience in corporate governance while working as Deputy Director of Legal Affairs of the Fuel and Industrial Group Continuum (WOG), as well as at Naftogaz of Ukraine.  She graduated from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, and she is a member of a number of professional Ukrainian and international business associations.

Татьяна Музыка. Начальник Департамента корпоративного управления и коммуникаций, корпоративный секретарь АО «УГМК» - Первой национальной сети супермаркетов металла. У Татьяны более 15  лет опыта работы в сфере корпоративного управления. 7  лет занимает пост руководителя Департамента корпоративного управления и коммуникаций Группы УГМК. Также является Корпоративным секретарем и руководителем компании  по корпоративному консалтингу внутри Группы. Профессиональный опыт и основные компетенции: корпоративное управление, сопровождение корпоративных сделок по слиянию и поглощению, управление активами и недвижимостью, консультирование по корпоративным вопросам и корпоративным финансам, привлечение инвестиций, проектный менеджмент, корпоративные коммуникации и реклама. Получила образование в Харьковском национальном университете им. В.Н. Каразина на экономическом факультете по специализации «финансы и кредит».

Denys Pertsev. Chief Legal Counsel at the Department of Corporate Governance of DTEK LLC. Graduated from the National University of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, job experience - 7 years. 
He was the chief legal counsel of the Legal Department of PJSC BANK OF CYPRUS; Corporate Secretary of the Legal Department of PJSC BANK "UNISON" (Secretary of the Management Board of the Bank, Supervisory Board of the Bank, General Meeting of Shareholders of the Bank, Credit Committee of the Bank, ALCO, Tender Committee of the Bank); Chief Legal Counsel at the Division of Claims and Cases of the Legal Department of PJSC "ALPHA-BANK" / PJSC "UKRSOTSBANK".

Igor Savkin. Member of the Supervisory Board/Corporate Secretary of PJSC "MultiPlex-Holding". Graduated from Zaporizhzhya State University. In 2005-2006 he worked as an assistant to the Minister of Finance of Ukraine. Beginning form 2006, he has been working as a corporate secretary, a member of the Supervisory Board, in companies of the Real Estate Capital and JSC Multiplex-Holding. In 2007-2009 he joined the initiative group to create the first community of professionals in the field of corporate governance - CGPA. From 2009 till 2014 he was a member of the Management Board of the CGPA.
