By the decision of the Board of the National Registry of Corporate Directors, Peter Zashev, Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor of the Stockholm School of Economics (Riga, Latvia), Director of Programs at Hanken & SSE Executive Education (Finland), was included in the Registry. P.Zashev is one of the founders of IBS Group Ltd – a company that provides support while entering international markets. He participated in projects for the EU, UN, FINPRO (Finnish Export Development Agency), FINTRA (Finnish International Trade Institute), GIZ (German Agency for International Cooperation).

He has extensive experience in teaching and lecturing in management and governance, training of management teams of large international (Danone, Solvay, Nokia), Scandinavian and Russian (VTB, Rosneft) companies, he published a lot of papers, including on governance issues.

P.Zashev has experience in corporate governance as a member of the board of directors since 2013 of Alu-Releko International Ltd. (Finland), which owns production units in St. Petersburg and Bulgaria.
