The Public Union ‘Corporate Governance Professional Association’ (CGPA) announces the convening of an extraordinary general meeting of members.

The extraordinary general meeting will be held on 26 June 2025 at 4 p.m. at the following address: Kyiv, Volodymyrska Street, 23, 2nd floor, PACU office.

Registration will begin at 3:30 p.m.

Agenda

1. Adoption of a decision on the election of the chairperson and secretary of the extraordinary General Meeting.
2. Adoption of a decision on the exclusion of information about the founders of the PAU from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organisations (hereinafter referred to as the ‘USR’).
3. Adoption of a decision on state registration of changes to information about the CGPA contained in the USR.
