She significantly strengthened the corporate culture and cooperation between business units during this time. Before that, Nina was the Head of Beauty Care at Henkel Ukraine, covering the region of Ukraine and Moldova. In this position, she turned this business from decline and loss-making to constant long-term growth and high profitability, giving her experience in strategy review, transformation, restructuring, and successful change in large organizations.
