CGPA has launched a new series of webinars for its members. The first meeting was hosted by Serhii Bulavin and focused on the development of Boards of Directors and career opportunities in corporate governance.

On October 7, 2025, the first webinar in a new series of free events for CGPA members dedicated to current issues in corporate governance development took place.

The speaker at the event was Serhiy Bulavin, an experienced top manager, member and chairman of supervisory and advisory boards of Ukrainian companies, a consultant on corporate governance implementation, and a lecturer in the course “Corporate Director.”

During the webinar, participants discussed:

• The state of implementation of boards of directors in Ukrainian business;
• opportunities for finding a first position on a board and building a career;
• The role of boards in ensuring the sustainable development of companies;
• proposals for individual consultations and mentoring for CGPA members.

The atmosphere of the meeting was extremely lively and inspiring. Participants actively shared their thoughts, asked questions, and discussed their own practices.
