For many years, the Ukrainian Corporate Governance Institute (hereinafter referred to as the Institute) has been the undisputed leader in the development of corporate secretary standards, as well as in the professional training and advanced training of corporate secretaries. Such programs are implemented on the basis of a cooperation agreement with the State Property Fund of Ukraine and with the professional support of the Corporate Governance Professional Association. Since 2019, the Institute has introduced a corporate secretary training program for those who have previously completed the training and gained at least one year of experience as a corporate secretary.

Summer was the period of these two programs. On June 01, 20 graduates of the Corporate Secretary Professional Development Program successfully defended the roadmaps for the development of corporate governance of their company/enterprise and received certificates of advanced training. On July 19, 2024, 15 graduates of the Corporate Secretary Training Program successfully passed the qualification exam and received certificates of qualification “Corporate Secretary.”
