On November 07-11, 2022, the Corporate Governance Professional Association (CGPA), together with the Ukrainian Corporate Governance Institute and with the support of the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), held the 17th Anti-Corruption Compliance Training Program for compliance officers.

Fourteen program participants successfully passed the exam. They defended their final project and received certificates.

Among the speakers of the program were:

• Olga Shenk, Partner of CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang-Ukraine, International Law Firm
• Pavlo Verkhnyatsky, Founder and CEO of COSA
• Sergiy Derkach, Head of the Department for Prevention and Detection of Corruption, National Agency on Corruption Prevention
• Oleh Lahodienko, director of Ethicontrol
• Natalia Lysa, Director of Legal and Compliance at Nestle Ukraine and Moldova
• Mykhailo Koltsov, training and development manager at YouControl
• Katya Lysova, Eurasia Program Manager at the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE)

The program ended with group presentations of the final exercise “Building a Management System to Minimize Identified Corruption Risks in a Model Company”.
