On February 22, 2021, the State Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine approved the Code (principles) of corporate governance of the Joint-Stock Company “National Public Television and Radio Company of Ukraine” (JSC “NSTU”).

The Corporate Governance Professional Association (CGPA), represented by Oleksandr Okuniev, the Chairman of the CGPA Management Board, by the invitation of the Supervisory Board of National Public Broadcasting Company of Ukraine, acted as advisor and consultant in developing proposals and amendments to the Corporate Governance Code, prepared reviews of the draft Code, and actively participated in discussions of the revisions to the Code and the prepared review of the Code. Mykola Drozdovsky, Corporate Secretary of NSTU JSC, and Vadym Miskiy, a member of the Supervisory Board, were the joint action organizers. CGPA expresses great appreciation and satisfaction with the fruitful and constructive cooperation with all Supervisory Board members, appreciating their active participation in the discussions.
