Members of the Board held a series of interviews and discussed current issues of the Board\u2019s activity. All members of the Board agreed on the positive decision to include Olena Volska in the <a href=\"http:\/\/cgpa.com.ua\/en\/profesijna-spilnota\/diyalnist-korporativnogo-direktora\/registry\/perelik-dyrektoriv\/\">Registry<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Olena Volska is a Strategist, Certified Auditor, Project Manager, Project Management and Financial Consulting Consultant, Certified Accountant, ACCA Member, experienced IT Project Leader, a successful business coach. Olena has more than 20 years of practical work experience in Ukrainian and international accounting, serves as head of projects on reorganization and transformation of companies, strategy development, financial planning, management reporting, risk assessment and implementation of internal control systems. O.Volska has considerable experience in corporate governance. She was a member of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Audit and Finance Committee at Nova Poshta; was a member of the Board, Chairman of the Finance Committee of the Eastern Europe Foundation; she was an independent director, Chairman of the Audit Committee of the XXI Century.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On February 16, 2018, a regular meeting of the Registry Advisory Board took place.
