\"\"The Training Program for the Compliance Officers was successfully completed for representatives of state-owned companies and companies with a significant share of state property on July 7, 2017. The program was for<\/strong> persons, who are responsible for implementing the anti-corruption program, security personnel, lawyers, internal auditors, specialists responsible for the internal control system, risk managers and corporate secretaries.<\/p>\n

19 participants took part in the program. Among them were representatives of such state institutions as the National Bank of Ukraine, the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, the Ukrainian Institute of Plant Variety Expertise, the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine, the PJSC State Joint Stock Company “National Network of Auction Centers”. A significant part of the participants represented the energy sector of the Ukrainian economy, namely: OJSC Ternopiloblenergo, PJSC Turboatom, PJSC Ukrhydroenergo, PJSC Centerenergo, State Enterprise NAEK Energoatom, Kharkiv Research and Design Institute Energoproekt, PJSC Nikolayevoblenergo.<\/p>\n

Alexander Okunev<\/strong>, the Head of the Program, presented the concepts of compliance, anticorruption compliance, with competitive advantages of business with compliance-enforced policies, international regulations that address compliance, and requirements of Ukrainian anti-corruption legislation.<\/p>\n

The listeners considered detailed information on the elements of anti-corruption compliance and the specifics of creating and implementing an anti-corruption program with Sergey Lukin<\/strong> and Oleg Boyko<\/strong> – the unchanged certified business trainers of the CGPA Compliance Program.<\/p>\n

The completion of the third day of the training program was very interesting. The practical task to identify potential risks in the invented company grew into a small public performance of each group. Each group was very active in discussing this task, and the result was very interesting and informative for each participant.<\/p>\n

The final task was a group presentation of the model of the Anti-corruption program of the enterprise.<\/p>\n

At the end of the program, the audience met with Oleg Onishchuk, head of the Department for Organizing the Work for the Prevention and Identification of Corruption of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, who shared the latest methodological developments of the Agency, the strategy for further work, and also answered in detail the participants’ questions concerning the specifics of the work of the Commissioners For the implementation of the anti-corruption program, methodological developments and their implementation in state bodies and states Enterprises, inspections at enterprises, as well as the declaration of employees.<\/p>\n

Evaluating the program participants noted the professionalism of teachers in the preparation and presentation of the material, the high level of the organization of the event, as well as the usefulness of all the information received on the program. “It was informative and practical! The name is quite true – it was not basic skills to prevent corruption, but trainings and courses for compliance specialists. Level of training of participants and trainers – advanced. The trainers were open, gave us useful information and examined practical cases. The group members shared their own national and international experience of Anti-Corruption Program\u2019s enforcement. Many tasks, many practices, many answers, “summed up the program participants.<\/p>\n
