<\/pre>\nThe first inaugural meeting of the Advisory Board of Elitbud-M was held within the framework of the \u201cTest Drive of Advisory Boards for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises\u201d project, implemented by the Ukrainian Corporate Governance Institute in cooperation with the Corporate Governance Professional Association. The initiative is supported by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development*, the EU and Switzerland, and is aimed at improving the quality of corporate governance, investment attractiveness and strategic capacity of Ukrainian small and medium-sized enterprises.<\/span><\/p>\n Elitbud-M<\/a> is a Kyiv-based construction company with more than 35 years of experience in the Ukrainian market. The company provides a full range of construction and engineering services, from design to turnkey project implementation. Its key areas of activity include the construction and reconstruction of residential and commercial facilities, comprehensive finishing and renovation works, technical support for construction, as well as the implementation of projects for office, medical, retail and hotel spaces. The company has experience cooperating with international funds and is actively involved in the restoration of housing and facilities damaged as a result of the war. Elitbud-M received an award from the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine in the \u201cRestoration Project 2022\u201d nomination, participates in leading industry exhibitions in Ukraine and Europe, monitors the latest innovative systems and materials, and implements modern solutions in construction processes.<\/span><\/p>\n During the inaugural meeting, the participants got to know each other better, presented their professional experience and expertise, and discussed all key areas of the company\u2019s activities. Special attention was paid to the specifics of Elitbud-M\u2019s business, current challenges, opportunities for further development and priority areas of work for the Advisory Board for the coming months. The independent members of the Advisory Board also had the opportunity to hold a question-and-answer session with the company\u2019s owner, which helped them gain a deeper understanding of the business model, management context, strategic goals and expectations regarding the work of the Advisory Board. A separate meeting of the Advisory Board members with the company\u2019s management is also planned for this week.<\/span><\/p>\n The Advisory Board includes the company\u2019s owner, Svitlana Dievochkina, as well as independent board members Tetyana Osipkina<\/a>, Hanna Levandovska<\/a> and Andrii Haidutskyi.<\/span><\/p>\n The first meeting demonstrated the openness of the company\u2019s owner to an external professional perspective, new ideas and systematic business development.
