The first introductory meeting of the advisory board of Alliance Pack LLC (FORTO)<\/b> took place as part of the \u2018Advisory Boards for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Test Drive\u2019<\/b> project, which is being implemented by the Ukrainian Corporate Governance Institute in collaboration with the Corporate Governance Professional Association. The initiative is being implemented with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development*, the EU and Switzerland, and aims to improve the quality of corporate governance, investment attractiveness and strategic capacity of Ukrainian small and medium-sized enterprises.<\/p>\n
During the meeting, participants got to know each other better, presented their professional experience and expertise, discussed the specifics of the company\u2019s business, key challenges and opportunities for its further development, and identified priority areas of work for the advisory board for the coming months.<\/p>\n
The advisory board comprises the company\u2019s owner, Vitaliy Kuzma<\/b>, as well as independent board members \u2014 Iryna Starodubova, Yaroslava Moskalenko and Mykola Boichuk<\/b>.<\/p>\n
To gain a deeper understanding of the company\u2019s operations, members of the advisory board will soon visit the production facilities of Alliance Pack LLC in the Lviv region. This will provide a better understanding of the company\u2019s business model, production processes and the context of the board\u2019s future work.<\/p>\n
The participants can look forward to several months of intensive collaboration, during which the advisory board members will work alongside the owner to find solutions to the company\u2019s current business challenges and its strategic development.<\/p>\n
The \u2018Test Drive of Advisory Boards for Small and Medium-sized Businesses\u2019 project gives business owners the opportunity to test the advisory board format, gain external expertise and practical recommendations, whilst allowing candidates for board membership to apply their knowledge in practice and gain new experience.<\/p>\n
We congratulate the participants on the launch of the advisory board and wish them productive collaboration, new ideas and strong results!<\/p>\n
