This format\u00a0allows business owners to test the effectiveness of an advisory board within their company without long-term commitments.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Project was created so that businesses can <b>evaluate the value of a board as a strategic management tool in practice<\/b> without immediately taking on the full scope of obligations associated with its implementation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A supervisory board is not about control, but about <b>the quality of management decisions, strategic dialogue, and the involvement of external expertise<\/b>.
