The first meeting was hosted by Serhii Bulavin and focused on the development of Boards of Directors and career opportunities in corporate governance.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On October 7, 2025, the first webinar in a new series of free events for CGPA members dedicated to current issues in corporate governance development took place.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The speaker at the event was <b>Serhiy Bulavin<\/b>, an experienced top manager, member and chairman of supervisory and advisory boards of Ukrainian companies, a consultant on corporate governance implementation, and a lecturer in the course <b>\u201cCorporate Director.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During the webinar, participants discussed:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>The state of implementation of boards of directors in Ukrainian business;<\/li>\n<li>opportunities for finding a first position on a board and building a career;<\/li>\n<li>The role of boards in ensuring the sustainable development of companies;<\/li>\n<li>proposals for individual consultations and mentoring for CGPA members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The atmosphere of the meeting was extremely lively and inspiring. Participants actively shared their thoughts, asked questions, and discussed their own practices.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Among the feedback, the following impressions were expressed:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i>\u201cI had the honor and pleasure of meeting Serhii Bulavin today! I want to thank the CGPA community for developing corporate governance and call for more frequent dialogue between professionals!\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i>\u201cThank you for the wonderful discussion and your insights.
