<\/span><\/p>\nOn June 14, 2025, the InterContinental Kyiv hotel hosted the annual meeting of graduates of the Corporate Director program, which for the third time became a powerful platform for professional networking, exchange of experience, and discussion of current trends in corporate governance.<\/p>\n
This year, the event brought together over 150+ alumni<\/b> who hold management and advisory roles in business, non-profit organizations, and the public sector. The highlight of the meeting was a panel discussion on \u201cCareer Development of a Corporate Director: Supervisory and Advisory Boards in Non-Profit Organizations.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\nThe moderators were Oleksiy Dolgikh<\/b>, Managing Partner at Boyden Ukraine, and Oleksandr Okuniev<\/b>, Chairman of the Board of Directors at CGPA.<\/p>\n
Participants discussed the role of corporate directors in non-profit organizations, the specifics of forming advisory boards, ethical challenges, and new opportunities for professional growth in this segment.<\/p>\n

After the discussion, participants continued their conversation in an informal atmosphere, which was an equally important part of the meeting. This format allowed participants to get to know each other better, reconnect with colleagues, and establish new professional contacts. Alumni shared their career development stories, discussed the challenges and prospects of working on supervisory boards, and identified potential areas for cooperation. The atmosphere of trust and shared values made the evening part of the event particularly warm and inspiring \u2014 this is how a community of corporate directors grows and strengthens.
