Participants include members of supervisory boards of state-owned companies, as well as representatives of state authorities that manage these companies. The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, together with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), is launching a project to enhance the capacity of supervisory boards of state-owned companies and authorities exercising the functions of the owner of state property. The initiative is part of the implementation of corporate governance reform in Ukraine. This is another step towards improving the quality of corporate governance in Ukraine. This program is not just about knowledge. It is about responsibility, transparency, and trust in the management of state assets.
