Dilyara Kadermeyeva<\/strong> is a professional with over 16 years of experience in internal and external audit, corporate governance, compliance, and fraud management. She has held senior positions in large Ukrainian companies in various industries: agriculture, engineering, FMCG, and SCM financial and industrial group (metallurgy, energy, logistics, financial sector, etc.). Since 2021, she has held the position of Chief Audit Executive at KERNEL.<\/p>\n Her professional portfolio includes setting up an internal audit function from scratch, organizing the work of Audit Committees, launching an anti-fraud program, a hotline, and an incident management system, transforming corporate governance and risk management, implementing operational efficiency programs, and many other business projects.
