This step is an important part of the city&#8217;s strategy to ensure transparency and efficiency in the management of municipal enterprises aimed at rational use of resources and improvement of the quality of services for residents. Mayor <\/span><b>Oleksandr Sienkevych<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> emphasized the importance of introducing supervisory boards as a modern management tool that allows for achieving better results in the work of enterprises accountable to the community.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The selection of candidates <\/span><b>for the positions of three independent members of the Supervisory Board<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is carried out jointly with the<\/span><b> Ukrainian Corporate Governance Institute<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with the support of<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/EUACI.Ukraine\"> <b>the EU Anti-Corruption Initiative<\/b><\/a><b>.<\/b> <b>Oleksandr Okuniev<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Chairman of the CGPA Board of Directors and a founder of the Ukrainian Corporate Governance Institute, has been appointed as the Secretary of the Selection Committee.
