He founded several projects in the HoReCa, agriculture, healthcare, and IT industries. In the past, Mr. Andreasyan held the CEO position at the Ukrainian subsidiary of the large international financial group Allianz SE. His experience includes business restructuring, managing large teams, implementing innovations, and optimizing operational processes. Mr. Andreasyan is an expert in insurance, where he developed and implemented effective financial models and ensured business sustainability in difficult economic conditions. In 2020-2024, he headed the online medical marketplace DOC.UA.\/DOC.ONLINE. Since 2019, he has co-founded the online legal services platform FREELAWYER.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yuriy Terentyev is an expert in corporate, antitrust, trade, and M&amp;A law as a partner at Redcliffe Partners, which he joined in 2021 after a career in senior positions at large corporations and government agencies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" data-id=\"15791\" src=\"https:\/\/cgpa.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Terentyev-foto_300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" class=\"size-full wp-image-15791 alignright\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cgpa.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Terentyev-foto_300.png 300w, https:\/\/cgpa.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Terentyev-foto_300-150x150.png 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Yuriy Terentyev has held several senior positions in international companies, including ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih and Metro Cash &amp; Carry Ukraine. His career includes advising on legal issues, managing internal audit, and coordinating large-scale investment projects. In 2015, he was appointed Chairman of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU), where he worked on issues of fighting monopolies and improving the authority&#8217;s efficiency. He held this position until 2020. Yuriy Terentyev also participated in developing projects to improve the AMCU&#8217;s institutional capacity with the support of international partners.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In 2021-2023, Yuriy Terentyev was a member of the Supervisory Board of Ukreximbank, representing the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
