In particular, the issues of conflict of interest, internal processing of third party data, communications related to compliance issues, third party due diligence, tools and methods of corporate intelligence in the compliance system were considered. There was also a separate discussion of the channels for consultation and reporting of violations (&#8220;Hot Line&#8221;), legislative innovations in Ukraine to protect whistleblowers and the mechanism of confidential reporting.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sergiy Simak, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SJSC &#8220;Ukrainian Automobile Roads&#8221;, opened the workshop.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" data-id=\"12319\" src=\"https:\/\/cgpa.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/272228717_3249262488639565_515814010502925044_n-300x225.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-12319 alignright\" style=\"border-width: 10px; margin: 10px;\" caption=\"false\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cgpa.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/272228717_3249262488639565_515814010502925044_n-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cgpa.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/272228717_3249262488639565_515814010502925044_n-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/cgpa.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/272228717_3249262488639565_515814010502925044_n-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/cgpa.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/272228717_3249262488639565_515814010502925044_n.jpg 1980w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>The speakers at the seminar were Oleksandr Okuniev, Chairman of the Board of the Professional Association of Corporate Governance, Olga Shenk, Counsel, Dispute Resolution and Compliance Practice Coordinator, CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang, Pavlo Verhnyatsky, Founder and CEO of COSA, Oleg Lagodiyenko, Director of Ethicocontrol.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There were 18 participants in the seminar.
