He told about the company&#8217;s corporate culture, the Board&#8217;s role in building an influential corporate culture, and the role of the Board in adhering to the principles of ESG and why it is vital for the company.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Igor Gut<\/strong>, Managing Partner of DYB &#8211; Develop Your Business, spoke about the Advisory Board and shared his experience of creating such boards in Ukrainian companies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" data-id=\"12055\" expect in light of the changes taking place.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The simulation of the board meeting is the final session of the Corporate Director Program.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The program ended with work on cases of actual companies in the format of a supervisory board meeting.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The program participants analyzed the cases and made decisions on several issues offered to them by the program&#8217;s mentors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\"
