The third final module of the Corporate Director Program<\/strong> began with an interactive speech by Peter Zashev<\/strong>, Associate Professor at the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, Director of Corporate Training Programs at Hanken School of Economics (Finland), Member of the Board of Directors of Alu-Releco International (Finland). He told about the company’s corporate culture, the Board’s role in building an influential corporate culture, and the role of the Board in adhering to the principles of ESG and why it is vital for the company.<\/p>\n

Igor Gut<\/strong>, Managing Partner of DYB – Develop Your Business, spoke about the Advisory Board and shared his experience of creating such boards in Ukrainian companies.<\/p>\n

Oleksandr Okuniev<\/strong>, Chairman of the CGPA Management Board, stressed implementing the anti-corruption compliance program as one of the strategic tasks of the Board.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Maryna Saprykina<\/strong>, Chairman of the Board of the CSR Centre Ukraine, shared a study of the ESG topic and what board members should expect in light of the changes taking place.<\/p>\n

The simulation of the board meeting is the final session of the Corporate Director Program.<\/p>\n

The program ended with work on cases of actual companies in the format of a supervisory board meeting.<\/p>\n

The program participants analyzed the cases and made decisions on several issues offered to them by the program’s mentors.<\/p>\n

Igor Gut<\/strong> invited the participants to decide on choosing a business development strategy for the company.<\/p>\n

Alexander Onufrienko<\/strong>, a Partner of Asters, offered to consider the controversial issues of signing a contract with the CEO, especially his responsibility to the company.<\/p>\n

Anna Vlasova<\/strong>, Founder and Director of the School of HRM discussed with the participants the criteria for finding a candidate for the position of CEO of the company.<\/p>\n

Sergey Goncharevich<\/strong>, Founder and Managing Partner of Capital Times, invited participants to decide on the sources and models of business financing.<\/p>\n

Participants actively participated in discussions, shared their own opinions, observations, and experiences both online and offline.<\/p>\n
