{"id":11501,"date":"2021-05-03T12:29:12","date_gmt":"2021-05-03T09:29:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cgpa.com.ua\/?p=11501"},"modified":"2021-05-11T15:47:48","modified_gmt":"2021-05-11T12:47:48","slug":"korporatyvne-upravlinnya-dlya-msb","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cgpa.com.ua\/en\/novini\/korporatyvne-upravlinnya-dlya-msb\/","title":{"rendered":"Corporate Governance for SMEs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p>The Corporate Governance Professional Association in partnership with IFC at the request of the EBRD held a series of online workshops on &#8220;Corporate Governance for SMEs&#8221; for consultants and all interested parties.<\/p>\n<p>Seminars&#8217; trainers were:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Alexey Volynets<\/strong>, specialist of the Corporate Governance and ESG Department of the International Finance Corporation (IFC),<\/li>\n<li><strong>Oleksandr Okuniev<\/strong>, Chairman of the CGPA Management Board,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Oleg Zhuravlov<\/strong>, independent Corporate Governance expert, advisor to the Chairman of the CGPA Management Board, Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of JSC &#8220;Ukrainian Railways&#8221;, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of &#8220;Krona&#8221; Insurance Company<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alexander Polyansky<\/strong>, executive director and co-founder of RSM Ukraine Consulting, which provides corporate services in the field of strategy and finance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>During the training, the following questions were disscussed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Why is corporate governance important for your SME clients? SME management methodology developed by IFC<\/li>\n<li>Joint decision making (management, advisory board, supervisory board)<\/li>\n<li>Internal control and risk management<\/li>\n<li>Family business management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The event was supported by the U.S. Small Business Fund of the EBRD (Italy, Japan, Korea, Luxembourg, Norway, Switzerland, Sweden, and the Joint Technical Cooperation Fund
